After Connecting to the Parks Wi-Fi network, if not automatically directed to the login page, go to: www.wifinow.net in your web browser.
On this page you should see an option for Sign Up / Renew. Select this option.
Here you will select the plan length before entering your name and other requested information.
After you have entered all required information, you will have to select submit. This should take you to another page stating you are logged in and may now access the internet.
2) How do I login into my account on other devices after purchasing the plan?
Open your devices Wi-Fi settings. Connect to the parks Wi-Fi network. Once you arrive to the sign up portal (www.wifinow.net) . Select login and enter the same email address you used to purchase the plan.
3) How do I activate my Voucher Code?
Open your devices Wi-Fi settings.
Connect to the parks Wi-Fi network.
Once you reach the sign up porta. You should see an option for Activate Voucher.
Select This option.
On this next page you will be asked to enter your 6-digit Voucher Code, and after entering the code select Verify Code. After the code is verified, it will ask you to enter an email to be used for future logins You will then select the
4) How do I connect devices such as a Roku Player/ Firestick / Smart TV?
Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Scroll up or down and select Settings.
Select Set up connection.
Then Select the right park Wi-fi network
If will prompt you an option to select "you are at home" or "you are at hotel"
Option 1: You can call the support number at 989-771-7100 right before you select "you are at home" and our support team will authorize the device for you. Option 2: You can select hotel and follow the instruction on screen to manually setup on your end.
For Amazon Firestick:
Connect the Fire Stick to TV and power.
Go to Settings at the top.
Select the park Wi-Fi network.
It should prompt you to the login page to sign up/renew or login.
If it doesn't prompt you to the login portal. Go back to Settings > My firestick > About > Network. It should provide you an IP address. Please call the support number at 989-771-7100 with the IP address and one of our helpful support staff will authorize the firestick for you.
